I’m so happy you’re here!

Like a lot of you reading this I have struggled with my weight over the years. I remember not wanting to set foot in a gym because I was embarrassed by my size. I remember how hard it was to lose weight and get fit on my own. Losing 60 lbs. was what set me on the my true path. I’ve often said that being overweight was a real blessing!

I’d been advising my friends and family on health and weight loss issues for years. Anytime I’d learn something new through my weight loss efforts or find a new exercise plan that worked I was always passing it on to anyone who would listen. So it only seemed natural that I took the next step and became a nutritionist and personal trainer. For the past 10 years I have been counseling and training clients online, in their homes, at gyms and corporations.

But my true passion is Yoga and Pilates!

This blog is going to show you how to incorporate Yoga and Pilates into any workout plan for any goal you have.


Whether it’s to lose weight, get stronger, become more flexible or even improve your cardiovascular health (what?!?), I will show you how Yoga and Pilates inspired workouts can get you there! 

Above all I love helping people discover how to be healthier and happier, and I hope a little of my enthusiasm rubs off on anyone who visits my blog. 🙂
